We can’t stress enough how awesome this is.  Forget shuttles or bikes; here, you can stroll around the village whenever you feel like it!  

Hopkins is an awesome village, totally safe and friendlier than you will believe. You will enjoy strolling down the street, talking with locals, eating ice cream and exploring gift shops and  restaurants (TripAdvisor currently lists 60 restaurants in Hopkins.)

BUT – despite our central location, Coconut Row is peaceful and serene, and you will enjoy a completely tranquil vacation lounging on our gorgeous beach or at our pool, waving your hand whenever you’d like a drink.

We have a variety of accommodations to suit different needs.  If you’re a couple, stay in a cabin right at the water’s edge.  If you’re a family with kids, try one of our two-bedroom suites or apartments.  If you’re on a budget, we have single rooms with multiple beds.  All of our rooms are on the beach.  Plus, our daily housekeeping is absolutely top-notch, because nothing is better than relaxing in a freshly cleaned room on vacation!

My wife Nisha and I live on-site with our two children.  We love it here, but we’ve also found it’s a huge business advantage. as it allows us to ensure we’re giving top-notch service and attention.  

We’ve been many times to resorts that were big and beautiful, but where the service was lacking, or the food wasn’t great, or the attention to detail was off.  Nine times out of ten, that’s because the owners are living somewhere else and management is running the show.  And no matter how highly paid managers are, or how much experience they have, they rarely stress over the details like an owner would!

Here at Coconut Row, every detail of your experience, from the staff you interact with, to the food you eat, to the landscaping on the grounds, to the way we clean your room, has been set up and overseen by my wife or I.  (Mostly my wife; she’s awesome and has an amazing eye for details!)  Plus, our kids live here, so you know it’s a great place for families!

Yes, let’s have the money talk! While we’re admittedly biased, we firmly believe we offer the best value among resorts in Hopkins, if not all of Belize. Allow us to elaborate. But first, take a moment to compare our prices with those of any other resort you’re considering.

You can freely explore the village and dine wherever you please, though our restaurant is truly exceptional, and our pool is right at hand.  We’re very small with only 12 units, our service is top-notch and better than anywhere else (trust us), but our vibe is friendly and unpretentious.  You will absolutely love the grounds, the beach, the accommodations, and with the owners living on-site, attention to detail is second to none.   In a nutshell, we’re all about authenticity.
